The April 2009 Newsletter includes updates on the Idaho 16 project, that appraisals were expected to come out in the Spring and that the Federal Highway Administration had granted ITD permission to purchase land North of the Boise River. There is also an update that ITD’s proposed legislation was all tabled in the House Transportation Committee and would not be considered for Idaho law this session.
