Mr. McLaughlin's practice focuses exclusively on civil litigation and transactional matters.
An honors graduate from the University of Idaho College of Law and high honors graduate from the College of Idaho, Mr. McLaughlin has received eight academic awards and scholarships for outstanding scholastic achievement.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McLaughlin gained legal experience serving as an intern with the law firm Hepworth, Lezamiz, and Janis, a summer law clerk for the Honorable Kent Merica, and a summer associate with Davison, Copple, Copple & Copple. A former Guest Opinion Writer for the Boise Weekly, Mr. McLaughlin is also certified in Status Offender Mediation by the Idaho Supreme Court.
