Ms. Cunningham has over 13 years of private practice experience in Idaho advising and representing citizens who are litigating with government entities, large corporations, or who find themselves in other legal situations they do not want to navigate without professional guidance. She has extensive experience in complex civil litigation, and handles matters from the initial answer or complaint through appeal, if necessary.

She has served as an instructor on eminent domain topics in legal seminars in Idaho and at the national level. Ms. Cunningham also regularly appears before the legislature to address eminent domain legislation, and has successfully drafted a number of bills which became law.

Ms. Cunningham is also admitted to practice in Oregon.
