Mr. Guerricabeitia is an Idaho native and has been in private practice with the firm since 2000. He regularly represents property owners and advises them of their legal rights regarding all aspects of zoning and land use development and constitutional taking issues.

He regularly represents his clients in Idaho’s state and federal courts as well as in mediations.

Mr. Guerricabeitia’s expertise also includes advising his clients regarding their rights in Litigation, Corporate and Estate Planning Issues.
