Mr. Band’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and transactional matters.

Mr. Band’s education and experience provide him with a particularly well-rounded perspective on the contours of the legal landscape. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Band gained experience serving as an intern with the United States Marshals Service, an extern with Idaho Legal Aid Services of Boise, a summer associate with Davison, Copple, Copple & Copple, and as an extern law clerk for Chief Judge for the U. S. District Court for District of Idaho, the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill.
